A set of service options designed to deliver the vital resources, expertise, and tools needed to quickly and efficiently implement your APC solution.\r\n- Includes: User Manual.\r\n\r\nStart-Up Service 5X8 Features:\r\n- 5x8 normal business service scheduling.\r\n- AC wiring inspection.\r\n- Installation of modules.\r\n- Operator training.\r\n- Startup by APC trained technician.\r\n- Verification of installation wiring.\r\n\r\nInstallation Services Features:\r\n- Multiple levels of service\r\nWith the option of packages or individual service components, our services are structured to allow you to pick and choose what you would like APC to do for you.\r\n\r\n- Experienced APC Certified Field Service Engineer\r\nOur factory trained Field Service Engineers are rigorously trained and tested on universally accepted safety practices and electrical codes as well as our own product set, offering our customers the highest level of service available in the industry today.\r\n\r\n- Logistics coordination\r\nAPC will manage all logistics of your installation, from hardware delivery to scheduling installation techs, ensuring a smooth installation process from start to finish.\r\n\r\n- Equipment positioning\r\nAPC will position the equipment in its final location within the installation site, saving you the hassel of moving large cumbersome components and pallets through tight spaces.\r\n\r\n- Physical assembly\r\nFrom rack assembly to module installation and internal wiring, APC will put together all the pieces of your solution.\r\n\r\n- Installation verification\r\nOnce the equipment is assembled, an APC Certified Field Service Engineer will verify all connections within the system have been made according to factory specification, and that it is functioning correctly in all modes of operation, ensuring optimal performance and extending the life of the product.\r\n\r\n- 7x24 Upgrade option\r\nIf you are like most business, you want your systems up and running during your busiest hours. In order to accomodate your busy schedule, APC offers an option to schedule services off hours.
